Performing Arts Refinement
Those 'in the business' know that good theater and performance takes commitment and dedication. If you are looking for supportive guidance in preparing your audition piece, performance ...or production ... please visit my Storyteller Moon website for information about my Performing Arts Refinement offerings.
Please do note that the 'First Impressions' meeting may consist of a lot of constructive criticism. The entire process is likely to include a bit of the same of course, but usually not as much as at 'First Impressions'. Together at this meeting the student and I discuss what we each think needs refining. The length of the list of suggestions of improvement may seem daunting to some. However, common areas of comment may include projection (not being loud enough), posture, emoting, and even fidgeting with hair or clothes...and are often the easiest to overcome.
