Happy Anniversary to me!

I am so proud say that I have been a member of "Maine Made: America's Best" since January 2006.  Here's what MM has to say about the program:

"The unique products featured in this Web Site represent some of the finest craftsmanship available today. Over 2000 Maine companies offer a wealth of items created from wood, granite, field and farm. These products bring a sampling of Maine's rich resources right to your door. Please join us in celebrating these fine traditions. We hope you'll discover the beauty of Maine in all its detail."

Magic Mushroom Mobile

Coming soon to my etsy shop: what the caterpillar probably saw floating over his head in Wonderland.
Five colorful wet and needle-felted  mushrooms with white spots, suspended on a grapevine wreath by natural cotton cord.  Mushroom colors vary, in blues, pinks, yellows, greens, and reds.

This year at the Maine Artisan Bread Fair (Saturday July 27th from 9am - 3pm, Skowhegan Fair Grounds) I am very excited to be presenting/offering something from all four of my businesses! Look for some fresh foods from The Sugar Tree, felt art from Storyteller Moon, woodburned breadboards, spoons, & rolling pins from Mothers Moon, and children's books from Barefoot On The Moon!

Free Snails!

Spring is here, and Summer soon to follow ... you'll see Storyteller Moon out at Farmers Markets and other artisan events in the sun! Look for the little wooden snail coin, and if you find one pick it up...

... and if you bring it to me at my booth, you can exchange it for a mini snail friend of your very own to take care of! And these won't ever be caught muching in mama's garden.
